Type O Negative

Been listening to these miserable fuckers again recently (nights drawing in, leaves dropping from trees etc.), but the last album I got was October Rust.

Anyone have any opinions on anything they’ve done since?

World Coming Down: is an ok album - its not bad by any stretch of the imagination but its not brilliant either. Has some great songs on it.

Life is Killing Me: I really like this one - it kinda has elements of all their past stuff, there are some really fast songs on it but some really epic ones like off October Rust - I actually listened to this album today at work!

If you like Bloody Kisses and October Rust and can only buy one of these - i would go for ‘Life…’ every time

Shit - I have just put on World Coming Down and its one of those albums that you forget how good it is!

Difference between the two is ‘World’ is mainly slow and depressing and ‘Life’ is fast and depressing with touches of humour,

Oh - and they are still miserable fuckers ;)

I think I’ll go for World Coming Down first in that case. Cheers!

good point

Steal the booze and download the albums - that should free up the cash for coke and hookers!

I recently ventured into the world of downloading and thought it was shit - I was using Morpheus, and all I managed to download (after about ten attempts) was one lousy Bauhaus song. What are the better programs out there?

Bearshare is pretty good as you can download full albums - there is nothing worse than trying to download an album of Kazaa and all the songs have been ripped by different people and are all different quality and volume

Its also worth getting a bit torrent program and having a look on http://www.suprnova.org - that is the fastest way

But if all else fails bearshare - if you have broadband i can give you the type o stuff - just as long as you promise to go out and buy it anyway! ;)

Cool, I shall investigate this mysterious ‘Bearshare’. Yep, I’m on broadband. Of course I’d go out and buy them ;) The last thing I need right now is an enraged Pete Steele coming round to kick the shit out of me.
