Tangerine Dream?

#

OK! I’ll admit defeat! My In Dust thread had not one single response! I’m sure at least one other person on here was at that T? gig in the Ulster Hall but there you go ;)

I also posted a message about a 70’s prog band called CAMEL and again no one seemed to care!

So here I go again :)

I’m currently wrecked and listening to Tangerine Dream - an album called Phaedra from 1974! This CD is amazing! Ambient music at it’s finest!

Hopefully somebody on here will at least have heard of them?

If not then I’m going fishing :)

Funny that it had to take so many years to come up with an appropriate label for that kind of music.
I don’t like Tangerine Dream too much. I prefer NEU! or Kraftwerk.

Camel did a live show some time ago I completely missed.

If you enjoy TD & related music, visit http://www.groove.nl/. A lot of good things came from the ‘70-ties (including yours sincerely).

My personal preference also lies with Kraftwerk, Neu! and lots of other stuff from Berlin in those days (Conny Planck!)
