Graz, Orpheum - 08.11.2004

Started by Stash

Hi to all the Therapy?!

This was the fourth gig of Therapy? that I saw (Graz - A, Rock am Riem - D, Ruše - SLO, Graz - A)!

And I have to say that you are getting better and better!

You ROCK!

-Andy you are the greatest!
-Neil is a hell of a drumer!

-Fyfe you RULE
It semmed to me as if you waved at me.
I don’t know if you still remember me from Ruše - SLO (we were talking for half an hour after the gig), but his was a lot of years ago! :)

So, I hope you come to Slovenija again or Graz. whatever.
I’ll come and see you anyway.

Take care

hello all, just came back from graz.

damn fine gig it was, I have to say! but the audience was a mere shame, to put it nicely. I’ve never been to rock concert, where the back of the club was packed and the front rows where…well just not present.

I never had so much space for bootie shaking, headbanging and the likes, you know what I’m talking about. Nevertheless - or just because of it -I went fucking mad: great setlist, the band was totally up for it, as was I. Cos the second row consited at most of the times just of me, myself and I. But I think I got some thumbs up from the constantly smiling band, as I was almost the only one going wild with my ten year old ‘irony?’ shirt. ‘nuff moaning, here’s the setlist from a truly fantastic night (not in the right order, of course :) )

RISE UP
DIE LIKE AMF
UNBELIEVER
CHURCH OF NOISE
IF IT KILLS ME
TEETHGRINDER
NOWHERE
DIE LAUGHING
ISOLATION
RUST
THIS SHIP IS SINKING
PERISH THE THOUGHT
INNOCENT X
POLAR BEAR
POTATO JUNKIE
LAST ONE TO HEAVEN’S A LOSER
————————————————-
EPILEPSY
ANIMAL BONES
LONG DISTANCE
SO-CALLED LIFE
SCREAMAGER

I guess some of may want to jerk off now, knowing what yesterdays’ surprise songs were. so, go on! :D

I hope they continue like that: having a framework of mostly new songs and shuffling classics into the set.
It would be absolutely brilliant.

well most of their songs consist of the same chords :)

as for the lyrics … “ich weiss nicht warum ich euch so hasse, fahrradfahrer dieser stadt … ich bin alleine und ich weiss es … ” well i was a tocos fan in the past, a long time ago, (not for long) i am afraid, but just because i didn´t know it any better, which is a bad excuse *g*

Suddenly i got to hear primus and i knew that there were some music out there, which is a bit different :)

I think tocos got really bad in the presence, same with blumfeld. where is the aggression? where is the punk attitude or the hard influence? where is the provocation?
And its all HAMBURG´s fault.

“Lassie Singers” were pretty cool, though :)
