Before Fyfe joined, they put out 2 singles. With Fyfe, they released an excellent 3 track cd in 1998 called “Little Less Nothing”, and then split up.

Um, I just checked eBay for you and there was one copy but it was on 7” so I bought it - sorry! I reckon it’ll crop up again soon enough, there was also the two singles from before Fyfe joined.

I don’t know how to describe them, I am really the worst person at that. Um, rock, quite heavy guitars, singer is quite shouty, I can’t understand a word he’s on about. Where’s Alan gone?!

Doesnt that describe 90% of rock bands? ;)

I went for sandwiches. Divers were garage-y, punk-y, thrash-y, hardcore-y, noisy-y, heavy-y etc…

Seriously though, I highly recommend the cd single - all 3 songs are quality - really excellent drumming from the man himself… kinda like the drumming on Babyteeth, except MUCH louder and better produced. It got single of the week in Kerrang! if I remember correctly… not that that says a lot, but… y’know…

Hate when people leave bands for other bands…What if The Divers got huge and had to tour ? Would Fyfe quit them too ?

Do you have that ‘un-released’ EP?

Also, what did Fyfe seem like at the gig? Was he into it? Or like how he was with T? just before he left, ie. virtually zombified?
