Yep, I very rarely become aggressive when drunk. I think people use drink as an excuse to get aggressive, cos they’re too afraid to tell people what they really think when they’re sober.
When drunk friends get aggressive with me, I ignore them but the next day I tell them how big an arsehole they were. But they always say, “oh, it’s okay cos I was drunk”. It’s all bullshit… especially here in Ireland where alcohol is a huge social crutch.
