Xmas trees

#

Started by gf.

Yesterday I saw a xmastree with great decoration: Jupilercans! Just outside a house in the middle of the street. Wonderful idea, which reminded me of my friend Ronald. Do you have one with Heineken cans? Attached with a little red ribbon to ‘break’ the green design? Ah common, impress me. Cake for the person with the most impressive tree. Photo’s only. Trouble in the forest you say?

Ok, been there done that. But unfortunately we don’t have a Christmastree this year. It’s about three years ago that I had a huge one with Heineken cans in it and on top a green Heineken importbottle turned upside down, maybe next year again!

I’m affraid mine is justtoo boring to put up a picture. Gold and Deep-red christmasballs and a gold “slinger” (I have no idea how to translate that). But the lights twinkle in different frequency, does that count as impressive :)? I guess not

Wow..slingers! Hopelijk geen verjaardagsslingers..;) Lights do sound very impressive, but you have to come with more than that. Any stars? And what about a piek?

no piek, because I couldn’t find one. It’s our first christmas tree, so all the things we bought still match. I think I will have to wait a few more years, find really cool stuf that absolutely don’t go together (I’m very good at that :)) and than enter your compitition again.

@hooch: the picture thing is a great idea. Something I will remeber for next year

Heh heh, we had a lot of fun making it; she decorated a piece of paper, then we rolled it into a cone to be the body, stuck on some wings and a pic of her head on top. Blue Peter here I come…

I never have a Christmas tree, I think my cat would ruin it! And I have to drag it up all the stairs in my house, and I am never at home at Christmas time!

But I do like a nice tree, actually.
