Hooch I gave up smoking by doing some exercise whenever I really needed one or just chew gum alot at work.

Cheers Divers, I’ve heard before that a brisk walk round the block does the trick. I’ve been doing okay, I went to the pub for the first time tonight and managed to sit at a table with five people smoking and didn’t actually feel that desperate, which was surprising.
Anyway, shall try going and hammering on my sister’s drumkit next time the smokey urge takes me ;)
