pissed wankers ( please help )

#

Started by jimmy

this is what i was last night,

i went out after work and ended up having a shitload of beer and whiskey in my local town, high spirits, life was good, me and my mate decided to move on to one of our fave pubs which serves plenty of strong belgian beers and the like, anyways to cut a long story short(fairly) we were being a bit loud and i was swearing quite a bit as you do whilst drunk (well i do) and some guy on the next table leaned over and told me off cos i was upsetting some women sat nearby, next thing they get up and leave and say its the first time they’ve been there and they are never coming back, i then proceeded to tell them to fuck off and carry on swearing, anyways its all a bit hazy but i remember squaring up to the guy, about twice my age and 2/3 my size knocking my pint off the table and ended up being dragged out by my mate, thing is im usually such a nice guy and i think it would make me feel better if someone could tell me about stuff they have done whilst drunk which is a lot worse than that, please be honest, i feel like a right twat today, im ashamed of myself, it feels good to have got that off my chest, hope you read this far

thankyou :( am i evil??

Can’t see anything wrong with what you did. Calm down, nothing happened, no harm done. And I’m being honest!

the old bourbon is probably the cause.I’ve seen people do a lot worse than what you did on bourbon(Someone being thrown from a car, and an ambulance man being knocked out.)Maybe you were a bit pissed off when you started drinking?

anyway…
Everyone is allowed the odd ruckus when pissed.(my professional drinkin opinion.Go listen to Tom Waits “going out west” and you’ll see what I mean..)

To be honest - I cant think of a more suitable word… I used to be a complete cunt when i was drunk.

Thankfully, I have done a lot of growing up since then, i still love a drink and like to have a real good time. But spoiling someone elses fun in the process is not cool.

I learnt the hard way that if you cant handle it you shouldn’t be drinking it.

I’m not trying to lecture anyone, just talking from past experience…

Shit, where do I start?

Having a journey in an ambulance was one indication that I should maybe calm down and learn when I have had enough.

There are a long list of things that I have done when drunk that I look back on and regret. Luckily none of those have been in the last 3 years or so.

I’ve never done anything stupider drunk than sober. My most stupid moments have always been in sobriety. I’ve never been agressive either- I’m such a nice boy!

Didn’t want to come across too nosey, Gav. But I can see what you mean. As long as no one got hurt, I think it’s ok. Stupid yes, but not THAT bad. I stopped drinking a while ago, I mean, I still love a good pint or two, but the heavy drinking. Simply ‘cos I can’t afford it anymore and the hangovers get worse and worse with age…

Title: THANK YOU

wow, you guys are all cool , i really do feel a lot better now, i guess i just need to calm it down a bit, i asked my mate exactly what happened but he cant remember the details either,oh well, dont think im barred!

i like it idlevice2- ‘the guys prob a dick anyway’ haha, i think he was more of a cunt not a dick, hehe..im joking of course, he was a gentleman who did not appreciate unruly behaviour, but anyways i suppose we learn from these things,

sory i have replied so late but i have just got back from the pub (and no, i didnt get into any trouble), but we went out for a couple after having a jam, i was playing bass to do my mate a favour cos they’d booked some rehearsal time, and i tell you , i cant wait to get back to my blessed guitar, i just cant play the ol’ 4 string, cool as it is!!

anyways thanks for the words of re-asurement, much help in my time of need.

btw ctraltdelete, i might check out that tom waits, which reminds me have you seen coffee and cigarrettes?…excellent film!!!!!!!!

THANKYOU ALL, EVIL WOMBLES!!!

Sounds like you are on the right track anyway. At least when you have thought about it you realise that you behaved like a bit of a wanker ;)

A lot of people go week in week out and behave like that and think what they are doing is perfectly acceptable, or it is other people with the problem and not them.

Anyway - you must be still hungover as you haven’t realised that bass is the superior instrument yet! :D

no, i respect bass more than words can explain, one thing i gathered tonight was that it is really noticable when the bass moves a half beat too soon, or too late, its really the back bone as much as the drums, not to say thats all a bass can do, i mean you can get some cool melodies if you know what you’re doin and slap bass is wicked..and all that good shit i dont know much about!

but i play guitar, so thats how i feel comfortable

with regards to the behaving like a wanker bit, cheers, i mean i feel bad cos that just aint me, i love to get totally ratted, but im not violent, i just dont see the point, im up for behaving like a drunken happy fool, i dont like confrontation, it aint me, anyways, im probably drifting off the point here cos im a bit pissed, but happy :D

TONIGHT IM SO SKY HIGH…DEH DEH DEH DEH DEH DEH DEH DEH DEH DEH DEH DEH DEH DAH DAH!, I CAN ONLY…
