Need help from a German friend!

Is there any one of the German speaking folk here that can do me a massive favour and translate an email for me?

I am tangled in a tricky ebay purchase and the only German I managed to pick up at school was how to ask how to find the town hall or such gems as “Ich kan mein gasthouse nicht finden”
