Hats Off To The Insane Cover

They’re playing 24 Hour Party People on Showtime3 right now. And they just got past the bit where Ian Curtis of Joy Division hung himself.
They show a clip of a video for some Joy Division song which is all Black and White and has all of these midgets (or little kids) dressed in these black and White robes and peaked hoods. One piece shows these little dudes running down a hill, and I swear it looks like the cover to T? Hats of to the Insane EP if you mirrored it on itself so that you had them coming down from the left and right… Is that where the cover came from?

not sure about the joy division thing, but this is the cover anyways

For a start they are all wearling hoods & robes in the video… Very few characters on the sleeve cover do or have distorted pointy heads from what I can see. It’s also filmed at the beach. Just my tuppence worth of course. ;)
