Yeah, I’d like to see Nine Inch Nails. Would also be nice if Jawbreaker reformed for my benefit…and if Firewater could make the bloody effort to play in the UK instead of every other country in Europe.

Count me in as well.

I’d also like to see
Hüsker Dü

All the other bands I haven’t seen yet will be touring in the next couple of weeks (The Thermals, The Dresden Dolls and The Dillinger Escape Plan).

Hehe - I have seen 3 out of your 4 - never seen or heard of Roger Waters though…

I really wanna see:

Pearl Jam
Massive Attack
Glassjaw (I still have tickets somewhere from when they were supposed to play about 2-3 years ago)

The ones that I never saw and wish I could have are:

Alice In Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, Rage Against The Machine, Soundgarden, Faith No More, Kyuss, Janes Addiction, Misery Loves Co, At The Drive In, Carcass, Nirvana…

Ever heard of Pink Floyd? Roger Waters used to be the singer in that band.

Pearl Jam should be touring this year.
Glassjaw apparently like to cancel their european tours every time.

Be glad you haven’t seen Alice In Chains live, they were so boring.
Be sad you missed RATM, Faith No More, Nirvana, ATD-I and Kyuss, they were all brilliant. ;)

New bands i want to see are My chemical Romance, Mastadon, Melvins (i know they are not new), Mike patton and the x-ecusioners, and some others my mind is a blank.

I have seen MCR live - although my brother foolishly forgot to book tickets intime for their next manchester gig and it has sold out (tickets +£35 on ebay!!). I saw the Melvins play supporting Mike Pattons Tomahawk, they will be one band I am looking to see again.

Ah - I didn’t know the name of the singer in Pink Floyd after Syd Barrett…

I can’t really think of any band on my wishlist still going around that I have not seen!

I’ve seen Bowie 11x now (including Tin Machine) and it’s always been a pleasure, no tour is the same.

I’ve seen Grant Hart 16x (solo and with his band Nova Mob) and Bob Mould 5x (solo and with Sugar), but it must be a totally different expereince to have them both in one band.

For those of you who really like to rock: the legendary New Bomb Turks will play two shows in Germany again in mid-June. If you ever thought banmds like The Hellacopters or Gluecifer or Peter Pan Speedrock or Zeke or… are a blast live, then check out the Turks ‘coz they are the true masters of raunchy garage punk’n’roll.

Early word is Pearl Jam may doing a European tour this time around (possibly this year). I’ve seen them twice in the last two years, and both were great shows. For those of you in Europe you should try and catch them this time out.

I haven’t heard anything about a Primus split. Les Claypool’s got a new band project, maybe that’s why they’re taking a break after completing their tour last year.

Oh, and there was a live DVD released from that tour in November.

I’ve got a DVD of some concert they did on the BBC. Early on the crowd was throwing flowers at Moz and tagged him in the eye in the middle of Beutiful Lie.. He went offstge and came back alittle later and picked up perfectly where he left off. At the end the crowd bum rushed the stage and just about mugged Moz…surreal for a Smiths concert. Very entertaining.
