Wall of Mouths

I listened to Degredation Trip for the first time in ages last week.

Unfortunatly it is a little disappointing. I knocked it off half way through. There is nothing really wrong with it but none of the songs apart from the single he released really stand out and it all kinda blends into one bland song after a while.

Not a patch on AIC.

Which is a shame

I really like degradation trip, havent listened to it in ages might have to go dig it out now

I always loved “Boggy Depot” (though its appeal weakened with time and it isn’t that great to me anymore), but I was very dissapointed with “Degradation Trip”. The worst thing is that Jerry sounds like Nickelback, like the bands who stole the sound he himself created with AIC.
I find the cover a bit tasteless, too, considering that Layne Staley who was said to have lost an arm (or fingers) because of his drug-addiction, had died shortly before the album was released.
And what’s with Jerry’s recent “metal dude with long fuzzy beard” antics?
