T? in Tallinn

#

Started by choi

Could someone help me here? What’s this festival like?
Where exactly is it? How much for the tickets? Etc? Any info would be appreciated…I tried everything from Googling to swearing but found no useful info. And my eestikeeli is not very good either, which made it all the more entertaining ;) Is anyone else from Finland considering going? I’m still hoping for festival gigs in Finland too…

Some information of the festival please. Because if there will not be any gigs in Finland, it´ll be must to come to estonia.
Why is it so hard to have them in Tavastiaclub???
I still believe that they will come to Tavastia.

I think I will go to Estonia anyway. That would be nice. Once I went to see Iggy Pop playing in Rock Summer festival there. But of course I really want to see them in Finland aswell.

Therapy? has played their best Finnish shows in Tavastia and I guess Merimaa has got nothing against that T? would be there…It´s just that damn sea between us and Sweden:mad:.
Hopefully they´ll throw a gig or two in Finland next summer! I think I´ll have to skip that Estonia trip cause I´m going to London near that date..”it´s all ´bout the money…” again..

Now there’s info on their website but unfortunately it’s all in estonian… :(

Does anyone know is there going to be bus after the last band played to Tallinn? As Järvikandi seems so little place that most decent accommodation is hotel in Tallinn…

:) Hellö!
..so who is going from Finland to the festival? Maby we finnish WOMblers should arrange a meet at the festival..like we had at Bar56 (or was it 36..:)) back in 2003 and at Ruisrock 2004
It was a shame that Killing Joke doesn´t play at the festival after all but Therapy? will be the “king of the hill”:)

Just got back from Estonia. It was really great gig, the crowd liked it like the awesome trio as well.

Setlist looked like this;
01. Turn
02. Knives
03. Teethgrinder
04. Rock U Monkeys
05. Rust
06. If It Kills Me
07. Die Laughing
08. Potato Junkie
09. 10 Year Plan
10. Perish The Thought
11. Polar Bear
12. Stories
13. Isolation (Incl. She’s Lost Control)
14. Nowhere Man / Nowhere
15. Diane
16. Screamager
——
17. Trigger Inside
18. Church Of Noise

So it was the “usual” festival setlist with lots of Troublegum songs, but it was good.

Only down points were the roads of Estonia, really pumpy and lots of dangerous passings. Heavy, heavy rain during Therapy?’s set.

Thanks Andy, Michael and Neil
And of course our travelling partners Pete and Kati!

Thanx to Minna and Marko; once again great to be on the road with you!…and sorry for my “farts” in the estonian night:):(

Pretty nice pictures… Thanks for the link Pete!

I recognise kossu, Heartbreaker and MIKEHELL from WoM in those pictures and also people we talked, dunno are they WoM regulars. Didn’t see me there though, but that’s only good as the photographer probably forgot his “monkey-proctected-camera objective” at home… :p

They quality of those pics is magnificient as you cannot see how much it rained…

:) I´m the one with the tattoos, long hair and raincoat, Kati (my girlfriend with green HA t-shirt & raincoat. She doesn´t write here but I count her in with us wombles..) red haired lady and Minna is the blond haired lady with raincoat.
MIKEHELL; is he the guy from Russia who talked with you Marko and Minna? I haven´t met him…have I?

This was definitely the best outdoor Therapy? gig I have been so far…the crowd went just nuts..including myself:)

Back in 1994 it was fantastic too at Provinssirock in Seinäjoki; crowd went so nuts, that the fence between the stage and crowd just fell down..and it was a barricade not “somekinda fence”:)

Estonian crowd among ofcourse T?, made this gig a night to remember for me!!! You estonian guys know HOW TO ROCK!!!No tea drinking in the crowd:D!!!

Yes, no dates in no country, not only Finland, they´ll focus all their strenght in the next album, which I hope will be a blinder:)
