I’m leaving Norway early tomorrow, and I was hoping to catch their performance.

Well, on the previous legs of the tour, Rico and The Yo-yo’s were fantastic. Clutch and soulwax(manchester only) were complete toss..having been to 12 of the last 15 shows in england, wales and scotland, i can say that rico were by far the best support band therapy? have ever had. dogdrill were ok and the Yo-yo’s were really energentic and punky…which was nice.
haven’t seen co.uk yet

Clutch were the supporting act and they kinda sucked.

Actually the best support band they’ve had has to be skunk anansie! Also they had Joyrider at one gig i saw, they were fantastic. The only first support slot band i’ve ever seen with crowd surfers.

I saw Joyrider on that tour aswell. Whatever happened to them. They were fucking deadly. Kerbdog played a whole pile of dates with them a few years ago and they were fucking class live. Their last gig in Dublin was one of the best I’ve seen. They (Kerbdog) had Cyclefly, one of the best bands to come out of Cork since the Shanks or LMNOPelican (if anyone rembers them), playing support that night and they’ve gone on to do really well. They’re on tour with Bush in England at the moment and I’d advise anyone to go see them. They blow Bush off the stage. As for other Therapy supports, sic, who are English I think, put on some great shows with them on their Irish club tour a couple of years ago.
My band, the Futhermuckers, are trying to get a slot on their US tour, longshot but you never know.

Joyrider split up for some reason. But they certainly were cooool! I saw therapy? With Vent and Understand in 1995, they were both dog-wank
but Groop Dogdrill were quite cool.

Having been to the gig now i thought clutch were ok (only saw 2 songs though as i’d been in the pub). I thought CO.UK were alright but nothing special. Did anyone watch the channel 4 programme ‘young persons guide to becoming a rock star’? If you’d given them distortion pedals then you’d of had CO.UK. well just a thought
