- Everything by Quinten Tarantino
- The Crow (thanks to a post on this messageboards, didn’t expect this film would be good, just watched it to find the Therapy? poster)
- Lost Highway
- The Assasination of Richard Nixon
- The Terminal
- De zaak Alzheimer (I’m affraid you won’t find it over there, so you’ll have to wait for the remake, which will be called ‘the alzheimer case’, IF that one is as good as the original version of course…)
can’t think of anything else for the moment.

There’s a brief scene in Airheads where T?’s Nurse poster is hanging on the wall. The Crow is a great film, but don’t remember seeing a T? poster there though.

On Friday, July 4th, I put THE CROW on my PS2 and watched it for the 100th time (I exagerate, but still, it feels like it). During the scene when Ernie Hudson first confronts Brandon Lee after Guidion’s Pawn shop goes up in flames, I noticed something. In the first shot of Hudson approaching Lee with his gun out, my eye’s were somehow diverted to the wall behind him. There, in all it’s glory was a NURSE poster. I even re-wound and puased it to make sure (it’s kinda dark), and sure as shit, there it was. I don’t know how I never saw it before. Anyone else notice it?

P.S.: sorry if this is old news, but I’m kinda new here and, like I said, I can’t believe I never noticed it, as much times as I’ve seen the movie.

This is the guy/girl with eye for detail! Without this info I wouldn’t even have watched this film :)

With everyone mentioning Fear & Loathing, I’d recommend checking out Where the Buffalo Roam. It’s a movie made about 1980 with Bill Murray playing Hunter S. Thompson. Apparently he did a good job since they were buddies from then on.

I caught it once on cable about half way through, I don’t remember too much but I remember that I liked what I saw and hoped to catch it again so I could see whole thing.

Let me guess, he’s rescued from the cross at the last minute by some foxy peasant girl, who he rides off into the distance with, on the back of a donkey?

I saw Zatoichi last night, great film, highly recommended. I’d also say watch Oldboy, which has the sickest twist ending ever and has a scene where a guy just beats shit out of about 20 people for 5 minutes with a hammer, all in one take. And he also eats a live octupus!

Also, Memento and Suspiria, and all the Babycart films if you can get hold of the box set. As for manga, whatch Ninja scroll. Nearly all my other fav films have been mentioned, so that’s all i got.

Get Shorty was decent. Loan-shark (Travolta) coming to LA and decides to become a movie producer. Good cast, excellent story.

And believe it or not Bloom can actually act.

I watched yesterday Blade 3 i don’t think this film got good reviews when it came out but i thought it was alright. I saw Reign In Fire a couple nights ago it was set in the future and had Christian Bale fighting dragons not a bad film but i think it would have been better if the film had a bigger budget for the special effects.
I’ve only seen Oceans 11 but everyone says Oceans 12 is bloody awful.
