#

Started by Cairnz

I’m really exited what setlist T? will bring tonight… same as Petrol or different? Also curious ‘bout the location… great place but rather small (cap. 370 persons) and NOT (???????) sold out? how is it possible? See you lads there? Cheers

great set again, 2 ok support acts (again me thinks not everyone will agree on that :)), loads of energy (apart from the pretty lame crowd in the beginning) and even less blablabla in between the songs compared to petrol (=hiha!)

setlist was exactly the same as in petrol, only die like amf was replaced by this ship is sinking - in order:

Meat Abstract
Turn
Gimme Back My Brain
This Ship Is Sinking
Rust
If it Kills Me
Church of Noise
He’s Not that Kind of Girl
Rise Up
Rock You Monkeys
Polar Bear
Stories
Potato Junkie
Isolation
Teethgrinder
Neck Freak
Screamager
Die Laughing
Diane
Nowhere
Knives

see all you crazy belgians tomorrow evening again ;)
cheeeeeers & good-fucking-night!

It was really great, didn’t see much familiar faces except for Gie but he didn’t recognize me anymore I guess with my short hair but I wasn’t sure it was him neither because I remembered him with a different style of hair. The setlist was awesome and the atmosphere was great. I guess the guys enjoyed themselves and that’s the main thing. As I said in the other thread, it’ll be the last time I’ll get in the pit because I occupied myself more with fighting off the moshers than I could occupy myself enjoying the concert but I caught enough of it to say that it was brilliant and I don’t regret being able to go to only one of the three concerts because apparently the setlists were quite simmilar.

And something quite stupid happened while I bought a few T-shirts; I named the first shirt I wanted to buy but was still wandering wether or not I would buy a second one and the girl behind the counter saw my 50 Euro note and asked me “Do you have 2€?” because the shirts were 22 € but I understood “Would you like 2?” and then I said that I actually fancied another one as well but I felt a bit stupid but hey, I made her feel good because she had a good client in me.

I think I recognize myself behind the girl that looks into the lens but I’m not sure because the shade covers the most of my face so I guess it’s the best picture I’ve seen of myelf in years.

Djeezus! No offence, but yesterday’s gig was an atomic bomb! really really cool… played loud and hard! Really enjoyed it! Superb! Mega! fan-fuckin-tastic… no superlatives are strong enough to subscribe the power of this set… still in aftershock statement now… i’m very sorry that i can’t join tonight @ Brugges, but enjoy them people, they rock harder as ever before! And nice to hear songs like neck freak, meat abstract … I’ll need therapy? to get over this set… so shall I put in their new disc tonight in my car… definitely! see you lads some next gig! cheers for now.

What is it with T?-fans and champagne? Yesterday corks were popping like never before? I actually saw more people drinking champagne than I saw people drinking beer.

Excellent atmosphere (well, after 5-6 songs) great setlist, hot girl behind the merchandising desk :p,… shame about the bad beer (Cristal):s
And thanks to Neil for the drum stick. I’ll give it a very special place :)

Thanks Razzi for posting the pic :)Please post some more ;)

About the 2 support acts. The first one was OK indeed. The second one was a lame The Hives rip off…
