Wall of Mouths

Ronald, I have to say without doubt that this was the best concert I’ve ever seen the Tea Party put on, and it also has to be one of the best concerts I’ve ever seen in general. I wish I could remember the set-list offhand, but it went something like this (not in order though!)

The River, Heaven Coming Down, Halcyon Days, Walking Wounded, Transmission, Fire in the Head, Psycopomp, Release, Save Me, Sister Awake, Temptation, The Messenger, The Bazaar, and a cover of Hurt by NIN. I know there were more songs, but I just can’t remember them off the top of my head. I did have a lot to drink that night after all! Jeff was switching instruments left and right, and I think I counted at least 5 different guitars and then some exotic instruments like the oud and the sitar. It was nice, because I’ve finally gotten to learn all the strange guitar tunings he uses for all his songs. I was hoping they’d keep playing until past midnight, but I heard that the promoters didn’t want them to. All in all though, it was an incredible show.
