Well, it’s in a school but it’s technical support for teachers, not teaching. I am beginning to regret all the lies I told in my interview, they might actually want me to do all the crap I said I could.

I’m sure that you will be fine. At the end of the day it’s not your fault they believed your lies:)
First thing to do rearrange every thing filing wise and impliment new things that only you know how they work so that they can’t get rid of you because no one else knows your system. that should do it.

It sucked. It was really boring cause everyone was too busy to find any work for me to do and the head of year 8 had stolen my laptop. Boooooooooo.

then kill them ;) anyone stole my computer I’d be really pissed off, seen as I just spent £300 upgrading the graphics card and power supply  But the power supply puts pretty colours out behind it!
With the technical support is it for kids with learning difficulties, or partially sighted kids? We had some of those in our classes because my mate is partially sighted and some of them were cool and others were annoying (i.e. never let you do anything) which are you hooch? :p

Neither! Basically I do the hand-outs for lessons, presentations for the smartboard (kinda like an interactive projector), classroom displays, booking class trips and all that kind of stuff, plus manage the databases for things like pupil achievement/attendence and sort out the kid’s timetables. All sorts really. At least that’s what I’m meant to do but no one’s actually given me any work yet.
The laptop thief said he’d bring it back for me today.

I’m not sure you’re allowed to gamble in school. I remember at my high school they even banned playing cards, which sucked.
