#

Started by Black Lagoon

Just a little rumour I’ve heard is that Therapy? will be playing a festival in Scarborough (Scarborough Castle?),in September and will be playing alongside a reformed Wildhearts, (with Danny and Rich Battersby), and Terrorvision.

Keep your eyes peeled for confirmation!

The Wildhearts, Terrorvision and Therapy?… they dont do lineups like that anymore!

Can Any official therapy? folk confirm or deny their appearance?

Fingers crossed!

Anyone else seen this?

Even with only The Wildhearts and Terrorvision confirmed, this sounds like the best thing ever. But I hear rumours that a certain other band may be involved… would anyone care to comment?

Ah shite. I took a quick look for a Scarborough thread first.

Remind me to use the Search facility next time.

Edit: God alone knows how I missed it, it’s right near the top. That’s it, I’m off for a drink.

It says T? are rumoured to be playing along with the BackYard Babies.

Sounds like it should be a great day. I’m definately going.

Could someone from Therapy? or their afiliated folk confirm or deny them at this out door gig?

The Wildhearts and Terrorvision is awesome alone, but The Wildhearts, Terrorvision and Therapy? is just unbelievable and would make it the most memorable gig of the year.

Come on don’t keep us in suspence any longer!

pleeeeaaaase!

This looks like a quality event, and it appeared just as I was about to book my Bulldog Bash ticket. However, how can I turn this down?!? Terrorvision were a band who I always wanted to see live, but always missed whenever they came to Manchester…

so, 67 days and counting!

Nick :)

I asked Andy and he told me Therapy? were approached to play this gig but they’ve declined as they’ll be busy with rehearsals / in the studio recording.

Fucking hell, could you have imagined if T? had been added to this bill? It’d be a celebration of mid-90’s finest rock bands. Terrorvision were a band I never had much time for until I saw them live. Now I have and love all their albums bar their first.

So T? will be writing and rehearsing new songs in September? Happy days!! We could have an early 2006 release, with the boys having a new album to promote on next years festival circuit.

Playing to 6500 people? It will be the best thing ever. Book a break from the studio!

leave rehearsing for a couple of days,

do it for your fans, and make it the perfect gig!

Entirely agreed with apart from the ‘mid 90s’ bit… the albums since have been too good to call this nostalgia! Same with The Wildhearts… obviously Terrorvision haven’t released anything in a long time - but that didn’t stop their show at the Forum being my gig of the year so far.

Well, i’ve heard from a fairly reliably source that Therapy? should be playing but are not confirmed yet, and best of all my house is 10 minutes walk from Scarborough Castle, i literally go out of my house go to the end of the road and i’m on Castle Road which unsurptisingly leads straight to the castle. Can’t fucking wait as it will make 3rd time i’ve seen Therapy? this year, plus Classic Wildhearts and terrorvision, then just stumble down hill and party back home unitl i pass out in my own bed afterwards. Hmm, wonder if Antiproduct Or Robochrist will play? May have to do some convincing ;)

Plus it will make 3 spetember 17th’s in a row i’ve seen Ginger, 2 of them in Scarborough (R.I.P Kazbah) on his first Acoustic as Fuck Tour, still wear the t shirt with pride regularly.

It’s gon abe fuckign ace, and a perfect way to round off Fresher week of my final year of uni (assuming i pass) now just need to blag my way in for free.

I’ve heard from a very reliable source too.

This doesn’t mean that I don’t want them to change their minds, with every fibre of my being.
