I’m off to see Interpol in Manchester tomorrow and I can’t fucking wait :) My favourite band of the last few years. Anyone else?

I saw them last saturday and they were brilliant.
They didn’t play NYC and Obstacle 1 however, 2 of my favourites but they still played an amazing set. I believe that’s their strength.

i saw them a few months back and they were great. though the most boring stage presence of any band i’d ever seen, or to be precise hadn’t seen as it was all lots of dry ice and lights. but the music was great.

I saw them years ago on the NME tour thingy along with Polyphonic spree and I think the Datsuns.
Was really good.

Buy Turn Out The Bright Lights, it’s way better than Antics.

Antics is easier to get into, but I’m undecided which is actually the better album.

Hmm… it’s a tough one all right. I would agree and say that Antics is easier to get into, but that Turn On The Bright Lights is ultimately more rewarding.

As a whole, Antics is better. The first half of TOTBL can’t be topped. Not now, not tomorrow, never.

Sorry, borrowed Antics off a mate and just couldn’t get on with it, found it very boring. Hope you enjoy the gig though.

I like the CDs but seeing them with Bloc Party last year was quite boring (BP were good though)…and the gig was only 65 minutes

Anyone been to the Oxegen festival this weekend ? Bloc Party and Interpol both playing there.

Couldn’t be bothered myself , prefer going to the Electric Picnic this year.
