This is rare. Most stage dives are usually done with safety, with the audience helping. But its happened, yet it won’t be for the last time.

Guess there weren’t enough people at the gig to catch him. I seen it before at concerts where the crowd isnt so tightly packed, then one guy jumps and the crowd disperse and the poor fucker lands flat on his face

Another band from Bradford, it’s almost an invasion! Bad Beat Revue are all about smashing out rock tunes loaded with a nice big portion of swagger and gusto. The band fire out each tune as vocalist Pat teeters almost permanently on the edge of his monitor, grinning like he knows something we don’t before skipping off round the stage again, throwing himself to his knees, leaping to his feet and then ripping open his shirt. All the while he howls into the microphone, dragging us into BBR’s hurricane of chirpy rock tunes that drill into your head better than a dentist with a nervous twitch.
As the drums and bass groove away, each side of the stage is manned by a guitarist who both add powerful backing vocals, creating a nice powerful sound, most evident on the awesome “Still Cheating” which closes the set and refuses to leave anyone’s head. Possibly ever.
Probably the best section of the weekend, just a shame that most people missed it, you can only feel sorry for them though, they’ll learn one day.

Ouch.
Reminds me of a stage dive horribly gone wrong at a Dark Angel gig in the old Noorderligt venue in Tilburg years ago. One dude landing on his lower back and transported to hospital with a torn kidney.
My mum still can’t sleep when she knows I’m at a gig :D

Couple years ago at Tavastia, Helsinki, Hanoi Rocks singer Mike Monroe dived from the stage and I was the only one who really caught him. I hurted my back, but I didn´t mind. But yeah, something bad might happen when doin´ it ( not that I hope )but that´s what rock is all about.

During the last resistance tour, I was enjoying the 7 Seconds gig, till some fucker decided to jump of stage and land with his head on my nose… That didn’t feel so good… not for me, but I bet not for him either as I was the only one standing there and I didn’t see him coming. :D

it’s a pity that stagedivers are not paying proper attention to their dives, making it even more dangerous.
