I like both bands, particularly Interpol, and I think there are a lot of differences as well as similarities between the two. Editors have other influences such as Elbow, Doves, Echo and the Bunnymen, and their singles demonstrate a more ‘poppy’, less atmospheric feel than Interpol.
i go along with all of that. (I can’t be bothered to have opinions of my own ;))

I know, I still haven’t the heart to change my sig. It’s as valid today as it was whenever I first bothered to quote it. ;)

God damn the one who started this. I’ve been listetning to The Editors maybe few weeks and I really enjoy the album. Songs Munich, Bullets, Fingers In The Factories are the best ones. Sound is similar to Interpol but I think the second album will be more different than debut. I hope so, ‘cos this band has potential.
But back to the listening with OCFA..

I like ‘em less now than when I heard them the first time. Saw them live once, but it wasn’t what I expected. The rest has been said by the lot of you.
