The Dandy Warhols

I reckon I’ll be in a minority of one as pretty much everyone I’ve ever spoken to hates them, but I’ll be buying their new album next week.

I’ve enjoyed all of their albums so far, Courtney Taylor-Taylor is a bit of a dude, and Zia is quite cute.

I quite like some of their stuff, but they’re the sort of band I’m happy to hold out for getting in a sale at some point down the line.

13 Tales From Urban Bohemia is very good, as is Welcome To The Monkey House - as long as you don’t mind Duran Duran.

But yes, I can already picture the album on sale for £6.99 in HMV…oooh, by Christmas.

I always thought their singer looked a bit like Richey from the Manics.

I think i got Come Down in an HMV sale years back.

I think Everyday Should Be A Holiday is a fantastic song. What did everyone think of Dig? I think its an amazing film, but the Dandies come off really badly in it, real hypocrites and really boring compared to Anton’s crew.
