I think it’s fair to say that Shameless is the least favourite T? album of most people who post here.I was wondering what do you all think of the B-sides and demos from this era?

Sadly, I’ve never heard any of the B-sides or demos from this period but I just finished listening to Shameless about 5 minutes ago for the first time in about a year and I don’t know why people give it so much flak. No, it’s not their best album but it has some great tracks, namely I am the Money, Wicked Man, Gimmie Gimmie Gimmie and Joey.

I think that all the “Gimme” songs, T? originals and covers are really great apart from “Gimme Nyquil All Night Long” and have to say that I love them very much. I wouldn’t ever thought that T? could do an ABBA cover, which is best of those “Gimme“‘s. For me there is not a bad song on Shameless, not even “Body Bag Girl”… ;)

The quality of vinyl reduces a little indeed, but not after a few plays (maybe that has to do with the needle of you’re record-player?) that’s only after ages… that’s the charm of vinyl…
