martin mccarrick and teethgrinder

Who is teethgrinder, is he the band speaking on the boards.
So Martin has left the band? Why did he leave?
He only played the cello or violins right? OR did he play guitar on suicide pact? There is hardly any violin on suicide so why is he pictured in CD inlay on suicide and not on troublegum and infernal love? Did he only officially eter the band later?
I’m clueless about this stuff sorry…
