What’s the most you’ve paid for a Therapy? item?

I ask because I’ve seen Caucasian Psychosis available for a whopping 94.54GBP on amazon.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/tg/detail/offer-listing/-/B00 … 54-0387946

I’ve not paid excessively over the norm for anything as I try and buy their albums/eps etc.. on the day of release. I’ve bought some singles I didn’t have of ebay and usually paid, inc p&p under €20. Depending on the b-sides, I’d be willing to pay more.

45 quid’s a good price for that actually. A mate of mine’s brother bought it the day it was released. Haven’t seen him in years (the brother that is). Hope he’s taking good care of it though.

I’d imagine it’s well taken care off! Not sure he even had a turntable. He was a bit a comic collector too and had a load of #1 issues in plastic wrappers, so he knew how to mind his prized possesions.

I paid about €500 a few years back for “30 Seconds of Silence” Demo, “Meat Abstract” Demo, Meat Abstract 7”, HAMFX 7”, and a good bunch of other rare promo stuff on CD and Vinyl.

I was really torn at the time! Should I just let it go, or what? But I really wanted to get the Demos and 7”s.

I was on bread and water for a few weeks, but I don’t have any regrets about it. It was a hell of a lot to pay, but I did get all of their rarest releases.

Around £40 for HAMFX (and about £30 for the bootleg!)

Nausea promo was about £30 too, you can get it for less than £10 now.

Paid £30 for a set of Fyfe signature brand new drum sticks.

Think I paid over £30 for a signed promo of NANE. Its only a paper slip case CDR!

Oh well, its all fun!

i remember buying “Nurse” on cassette the day it came out for £11!! I’d only ever heard teethgrinder as well, so it was a bit of a risk for a young lad earning £29 week on YTS! Naturally i loved it :) Christ only knows why i ever bought cassettes, mind, i’ve had to replace everything on CD.

for $70 and 4 months it should’ve been sent in a stretch limo and delivered to your door by topless models!

It was the best £75 I have ever spent! I got it four or five months before it was released. I was impatient that time but now I will wait for the actual release of OCFA and not gonna fat the wallets of greedy bastards. I’m adult now. :p

25 Euro’s for the Infernal Love promo without the mixing between the songs and yes, I own Bad Mother. I bought 2 for about 3 pounds each at that time. I let one go too cheap though. Sister traded his copies of Stories (German edition with live songs), the CD2 of Lonely Crying Only and a signed My Voodoo Doll single for it. At first I asked the Face The Strange EP as well but I felt guilty when I saw him standing there with only Bad Mother in his hands and me with all these CD’s so I let him keep that one.

Now I could have bought all these items for a total of 15 pounds so I feel quite stupid. What would you have paid for it?

I’ve had to import the last two albums (NANE & OCFA which i pre-ordered), so they hit about $30 a piece because of the exchange rate.

But think I paid $35 for the Japanese version of Semi-Detatched straight from he U.S. Amazon.
