Ghostbusters was/is a classic! Bill Murray and Dan Ackroyd - woo hoo!
Some re-makes that Hollywood is churnin’ out these days are awful though! I’ve read that they are gonna re-make the original Evil Dead, I mean, what the hell??? :(

Can somebody tell me if Dragnet is a good film? I know I loved it when I was young but all I can remember is there was a giant snake and some devil worshippers - should I try to watch this film again?

Evil Dead 2 is a classic - my fave. The first was just plain boring :)
Dragnet - good ball of 80s cheese! Recommended :D

‘Look out, Muppets!’
I haven’t watched it for ages, but I _think_ I still have an old copy of it somewhere on video. If I ever find it, you can of course borrow it. :)

Our House with Ben Stiller and Jennifer Aniston was dyer.
Deep Blue Sea is awesome! Too much fun!
I think Ben Afleck has made some good films, all his Kevin Smith ones i.e. Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Dogma, Jersy Girl.
Batman Begins was so poor I thought. His voice was ridiculous.
Green Mile got on my tits too. It could never decide what type of film it was, drama, supernatural etc etc. And it went on far to long.
Alien Vs Predator was a real let down too.

Dragnet is a guilty pleasure of mine, too. It’s so silly, it’s great. PAGAN, PAGAN! Where are the days when Tom Hanks used to be fun? The ‘burbs, Bachelor Party, The Money Pit, A League Of Their Own… all classics in my book.

I’ve seen Hostel yesterday, what a lame movie!!! I thought it was something in the vein of Saw (of which even the 3rd film is surprisingly good!).
I’m sure a story like that could make an amazing film, they just didn’t think it through enough. At times it was so exaggerated that it was more ridiculous than scary.

I thought it was rubbish too, it won an Oscar as well which says a lot about them! The Cronenburg Crash is perversely enjoyable though.
