Title: Well, here’s one!

Best thing to do is picking up the local TimeOutMagazine at a newsstand. There are soooo many good places to go to. The Barri Gotic (OldTown) is a good place to find decent bars and clubs. Lots of places in that area, from smallish living room sized bars to Rock Clubs. You will also find some more modern/stylish places in the Eixample area. Just keep in mind that nightlife in Barcelona doesn’t start before midnight, even on weekdays, but it goes on ‘till 6 or 7 in morn!!!! If you have time, go and have a look at the very impressive CampNou stadium, even if you don’t like football this thing is so fucking huge it’s scary. And to chill, go to the beach (bring your trunks) near the Torre de Sant Sebastià where you can take the cable car to Montjuïc with superb views over the whole city.

Recommend you go on one of the tourist tour buses (Bus Turistic is the best - the one with 3 routes). A great way of getting to know the city and where to go.

…and you can ask the driver or guide to recommend the best places to go for music & beer…

If you do go for the Bus Turistic, go for a two-day pass which is only 4 euros more for 2 people compared with a one-day pass… take it from me, you’ll use it the next day.
