ah,
was a good gig - Therapy’s sound was grand and the set list was good. Just wish that they could have been on longer.
Motorhead also rocked hard (my ears are still not what they used to be).
Am sitting in the office now somewhat hungover, but it was well worth it.

Just got back to Cork a couple of hours ago. Back at work for 1:30. Not too bad. Only 5 hours to do today.
Gig was fantastic. T? were well on form. Rust, Rock You Monkeys and Innocent X were my fav tunes from the set.
And how funny was it to hear Andy shout the word CUNT 4 or 5 times while ranting on about Phil Lynnots bass being whipped.
MOTORHEAD were just huge…!!!! Absolutely killer.
About half way through the set Lemmy asked if we wanted it “LOUDER?”. Naturally everyone said YEAH! And I swear to the God of Rock’N’Roll, they actually did turn the volume up.
The last half hour was incredible. The place went into over-drive.
Great sets! Great bands! Great fuckin’ time had by all! :D

Yeah I agree with what is written above. Could not believe that the Bass guitar on Phil Lynnotts statue was stolen - hadn’t seen it.
Whatever bastard did that deserves to fry in Hell.
Anyways, really enjoyed the gig - Innocent X was my fav tune on the set. Would be cool if they came back to the Olympia as headliners - here’s hoping!
As for Motorhead, you have to hand it to Lemmy - what is he now, 60? The man still kicks ass big time.
Oh yeah, nice running into some of you guys yesterday - cool to put (screen)names to faces.

Yeah! It was pretty cool to finally meet some WOM heads up close and personnal. My buddy and I had a good laugh with Judged all night! Went to Bruxelles afterwards. Ci? and her boyfriend were there also. Loads of drunken sing-alongs to Maiden and Dio and the likes. Good drunken fun…!!!
We tried to rob a 6 foot Unholy Alliance poster as we were leaving, but the bouncers caught us.
Got to shake Mickey Dee’s hand before we left too! Which was pretty cool. He was the closest thing to Animal from the Muppets that I’ve ever seen.

really good night…my ears are still ringing…!
and good to know other WoMbles are actually real people!
funniest part of the night: Jobrok and his friend hopping into a rickshaw to take them to the nightlink…
Scariest part: being told by a girl that she was gonna beat me up and steal my ruby slippers!

And we still didn’t make it to the feckin’ Nightlink.
It was well gone by the time we got down to the bus stop.

Good night , nice to meet Alan again with his better half and got to stick some faces with names.
Andy thanking Kossu and Kati for coming over from Finland during the gig.
Innocent X was great to hear.
Motorhead rocked , Lemmy still rules and their rendition of Killed By Death was my absolute highlight of the night ( even more so than Ace of Spades and Overkill )
Spend a while in the closed bar in Olympia afterwards while the first aiders were having a look at Pip.
Hope the ankle is better , man. Fair play to you though , true soldiers come out of a war wounded ;)
Ended up next door in Brogans Pub with some mates , last ones to leave too and then had the great idea of an afterparty in Casa Cuch. Beer , whiskey and wine make a dangerous combination…
Thank God I’m off to Aruba tomorrow for a welldeserved rest !
