Yes I know, I know - I want to like it i just…don’t!
I won’t get into any arguments about why, my opinion is not yours to pull apart and vice versa, if we respect that then there’s no problem.
But its led me to think that I can’t really be bothered to make the effort to go see them live which is a shame…

God damn it - Billy Idol is there though! :)

It is possible that you don’t like the latest album, but I don’t think that’s a good excuse for not going to the gig, 50% of the setlist will be off Troublegum, another 20% will be of the other albums and maybe 30% will be of the new album.
I don’t know what you don’t like about the album, but if it’s production or you think that there power is missing then maybe you like the songs while played live…

So, you heard what Robby said! ;)

I’m not going to state my reasons for not liking the album - its none of the things you mentioned though.

The last time I saw T? live was about 10 years ago in Dublin, Point Depot. At the time it was my 6th gig! I have been out of the scene for a while but still listen to the early stuff. If they play 50% pre ‘04 I will be more than happy… trigger happy more like. Yes T? are well worth the money and they are playing at my door step and I will be ther! Rock on T?…

You were wrong about the Troublegum percentage but they didn’t play 30% of OCFA tho (thank God!) so i’ll let you off!

Thought it was a bit dodgy ending with two songs from the new album. Especially as they weren’t allowed any encores.

Anyone who went, do you have any idea of what the music was that was played between the bands change over. I’m especially interested in a track with the lyrics of ‘Caroline’ in it, vague I know but I even asked the guy’s behind the mixing desk on the day, but they didn’t know. Any idea’s/suggestions would be much appreciated.
