Linking to something on iTunes?

Does anyone know how to link to an album on iTunes?

My band has their EP on there, and I wondered if there was any way to directly link to it?

Paste it into your web editor, and you have a direct link to an item in the iTunes Music Store. We use this on the ‘One Cure Fits All’ page, for example.
