Brand spanking new silly topic u must answer!!

#

Started by Fat Punk Doris

If you could run a ‘fantasy gig’ with Therapy headlining who would be support and where would the gig take place???

Told you it was silly.

As for me it would have to an open air event some gurt field somewhere spread over two days attached to a ‘Large’ beer festival support would have to someone fast and punky and someone heavy but mellow I.e. Orange Goblin, Snuff(the band)and Gauno apes…maybe

Any other ideas for a cool gig???

I wanna hear

It would have to be a Saturday night at the Marquee club in London. With this line up

THERAPY?
FUDGE TUNNEL
HEADCLEANER

This obviously would not happen. Mainly cause the Marquee club is not there any more. Also cause Fudge Tunnel and Headcleaner are finished!!!

We can all dream though

BĂ–HSE ONKELZ (from Frankfurt; don’t say they used to be a fascist band ‘cause they were NOT!)

In a place something like Doornroosje in Nijmegen, we’ve got a place a bit smaller in Amersfoort, about 200 people fit in…
That should be amazing!!!
Iris

Ps. I still hope Therapy? would give a BBQ someday, bring your own meat and drinks and they do the music (with a bit of jamming with their fans), like a privat party…

In the Cathouse, Glasgow. Or a field. Or a disused warehouse. ehf it, anywhere would be cool to see that line up.

‘Pretender’ I think that your idea of a barbecue with T? is great. Do they sometimes check this web site? I think this should be developed further!! ;-)

Welcome to this board!!
The idea of the BBQ came when I got an e-mail from GWAR (yes I know… I don’t like GWAR’s music but LOVE their shows), they organize a BBQ one in a while for their fans, this was the e-mail:

Hi Kiddies,
I know this is really short notice but,
Slave Pit is hosting the 6th Non-Annual GWAR-B-Que!!!!
This Saturday, May 27 @ 2010 Chamberlayne Ave, Richmond Virginia(a.k.a. ‘The Slave Pit’) starting at 3 P.M. and this one promises to be the biggest, most insane one ever! Every once in a while, to say ‘thanks’ to our fans, we throw a party and invite everyone. And it’s free! Just bring your own dead flesh to throw on the grill and some intoxicating liquids. We are going to have tons of great bands[Lamb of God, Alabama Thunder Pussy, Ultra-Bait, Diest Requiem, Hot Little Number, R.P.G., Bloody Crackdown, and of course The Dave Brockie Experience(featuring members of GWAR)]. Plus, all day Robot Wars by Seemen(featuring one of the members of Survival Research Laboratories).
I know this is kind or short notice for you to book your flights from Europe to get here, but if you live in the Middle Atlantic States, you owe it to yourself to get to Richmond this weekend.’

I found it really great that they something like this for their fans, it’s also a great way, not only to meet Therapy? but also fans from other countries!!!

Greetings Iris

T? and David Bowie (playing his old stuff) at my house. No one else, it would be just for me but I’d have pictures for evidence. Geri Halliwell could be there too, then i could inject pure calories into her and feed her chocolate then laugh at her because I hate her and I think she should get hurt and go away.
