Anyone as geeky as me about Therapy?…

Might want to do this!

You can download the classic cult horror film Carnival Of Souls LEGALLY (it’s in the public domain) below by right clicking and “Saving Target As” at the MPEG1 link to the right of this page:

http://emol.org/movies/carnivalofsouls/index.html

9 mins and 10 seconds in you’ll hear a bit of dialogue you should recognise ;)

You’ll also be watching a great film - there’s a few other good movies on that site too

I bought the DVD a while ago, although I know I wouldn’t like the film…
I was very happy that the dialogue came somewhere at the beginning, I didn’t get much further than that… :o

Haha! :D I’m quite enjoying it so far.

I remember staying up one night to watch Electra Glide In Blue cos I knew there was a Therapy? sample in it (the “Indoctrination Of Vocal Harrassment” speech from Loser Cop). Luckily it was the first line in the film! :D

Do you know if Electra Glide In Blue is out on dvd? I’ve been looking for it, but can’t find it anywere … never seen it either…
I remember staying up way too late because they played Naked on tv (about ten years ago), I wanted to see it because I knew there would be Therapy?-posters in the film… My mom was VERY shocked to find out I stayed up so late to watch that kind of movies :o
It got released on DVD not so long ago… I’m happy to finally have the film on DVD (hope my mom doesn’t find out about it ;))

Haha, no I don’t know if it’s out on DVD I’m afraid :(

I remember a long time ago staying up late to see “Magic” (starring Anthony Hopkins) for the “Take The Knife Up The Hill, Lover…” line, but unfortunately this time it was right at the end :o

I bought the shitty movie ‘seperate lives’ off ebay just for the 10secs of ‘Die Laughing’ being played in a club scene.

Separate Lives and Magic are on Tesco DVD Rental by mail ;) As they are run by that Lovefilm.com place, chances are if you have DVD rental by mail you will be able to get them too.

I haven’t seen Electra Glide in Blue on there though…

Actually, I lie — it is on Tesco, but it’s a “future release” with a release date “tbc”. Given the other films that have been on there long enough with the same status, who knows how long that means…

Didn’t mention Naked. That’s a “future release” too…

Naked is a GREAT film as well.

Anyone bother downloading Carnival of Souls? I thought it was spooky as hell!
