I am going through the same thing, though at least our singer is leaving at the end of the year.
We have 5 or 6 gigs left that we are committed to, and it is getting harder and harder…

On Saturday we played a gig and his attitude was so out of order it not only ruined the gig but it made me wonder if i can actually go onstage with the guy ever again.

He started the weekend off badly too, by getting me to ring and confirm our gig this friday is still on, which it isn’t - the last two gigs we had there this year we had to cancel, but unfortunately, despite what he told us, he never actually cancelled the gigs with them, we just didn’t turn up for them and they still expected us to be there! So not only has he fucked the gig up for us, he got ME to take the bollocking cos he knew it was coming!
