I’m definitely going. I had a great time in Zieuwent today, so I’m really looking forward to the gig in Groningen.

Great gig at De Oosterpoort in Groningen, I have to say! I had a great time, and took some great pictures. :)

Feel free to check them out along with a review at my site http://www.metalcovenant.com.

I never thought of this and suddenly it hits me: why o why are Therapy? playing in the Oosterpoort once again, instead of Vera (for the uninformed: also in Groningen)???

Vera is much too small. As you noted, the main hall of the Oosterpoort is too large, but yesterday they played in the small one and it was perfect. The small hall is a really nice venue and it was quite full (guess about 800-1000 people?).

I have no real numbers, but I think that Vera would be packed with 200-250.

Edit: well, no, there weren’t 800 people there. Perhaps 500. But still more than would have fit into Vera.

A quite different location for a gig and a nice one indeed! I´ve never seen any “seated” Therapy? fans in more than a decade, kind of strange…

Very dynamic performance and nice outfits, lads!
