Le Tigre supported by Lesbians on Exctacy (sp?).

Support was dreadful. Big butch lesbians in leather caps making loud noise.

Le Tigre was quite fun, decent music and a lot of fun to watch.

Only problem I had was that the place was stuffed full with gorgeous young girls…and I knew I couldn’t try anything. :(

Because 3/4 of them were gay, and to try and pick up girls in that kind of crowd can be detremental to your health.

I once saw this film with Billy Conolley in it - there was a scene near the end where he and this other guy tied themselves together with something like a belt round their wrists - then with their free hands - stabbed the shit out of each other… that looked quite skillfull.

ladies and gentlemen. i’ve just got home from seeing interpol at brixton academy and they were fucking great. i’m not good with titles of their songs but rest assured they played everything you’d want them to. they seem a bit stage shy in that you could hardly see the band because of smoke and (no pun intended) bright lights. x

A band I’d also love to see live…though I hope Paul Banks wasn’t wearing the glasses he’s sporting in the new C’Mere video :)

Apocalyptica at Tavastia last night. It was great to hear them! They played nearly 2 hours and the place was packed.

What pisses me off is that on week-night gigs start normally around midnight and that is too, too, too late…

i went to see the australian pink floyd tonight in cambridge. i know they’re a tribute act but there’s no other way i’d ever get to hear someone as convincing as their imitation roger waters sing the immortal line “it was only a fantasy, the wall was too high as you can see”. they were really really good. it’s the third time i’ve seen them and they never disappoint. anyone interested in the actual setlist?

Anyway, it was very nice to see Martin again and to see that he´s doing well and feeling happy with the stuff he´s doing right now.

Also nice to meet his charming lady Kimberly ;)

Big hug to Martin (German one), Mareike, Ina and Marion :)

many greetings
