Good luck to regular WoM contributor Ronald , who is running the Rotterdam Marathon this Sunday.

Ronald , we expect you to run to an internet cafe after you finish and post your time on here straight away.
As you really lived towards this and didn’t have any alcohol lately ;) we expect you to at least come pretty close to the world record of 2.04.55 !

Go for it , mate !

Only two days Ronald, for the big event. The best of luck to you. Unfortunately the weather won’t be all to well. Make shure you don’t get blown away from the Erasmusbrug!!

Thanks, last night I had my last run before Sunday, now I am enjoying 2 days of rest—> eating loads of pancakes and macaroni, putting loads of noisy tunes in my mp3 player which will make me go faster( amongst which loads of Therapy? tunes…now it is a Therapy? topic as well). I am gonna try to beat my time of last year( 3.48.37), but the weather is not very cooperative I think, so…I’ll just wait until Sunday morning…getting a little nervous already!

Actually my favourite tune at the moment is” This ship is sinking”, though I hope I will not be the ship during the run!:P

Congratulations Ronald!!!

We aren’t all just lazy motherf*&#s… Last week I wouldn’t place a bet that any WoMble could run Marathon under 4 hours!

What kind of feeling was after that 4th beer?
Was it similiar to if you haven’t been eating for 24 hours and you drink fast 2 or 3 beers?
