Funeral For A Friend

Any FFAF fans here? Just wondered what any thought about the new album Hours.

Personally I don’t think I like it. Bit over produced and doesn’t seem to be anywhere new as special as their first one. Maybe it’ll grow on me.

Any other views?

I am…going to see them in a couple of weeks in norwich. Streetcar rocks!! But there isn’t much shouting like on their last album which is a bad thing! I really like the shouty bits!

I’ don’t mind them either way. Not heard enough to say for sure, I don’t think.

My brother has My Chemical Romance’s album, and I quite like it. :o

Of all the screamo bands, they’re one of the very few I can stand. I really like Bullet Theory and Juneau.

I saw the singer in HMV a few months ago. My mate saw him too, apparently he was standing in the metal section and some kid was next to him, looking at the FFAF album, totally oblivious to the fact the singer was next to him.

Oh, and I’m wearing a FFAF t-shirt right now… which the guitarist from my band had a go at me for earlier.

Saw them last night! They were so good, even better than bullet for my valentine who were supporting!! There was two other support bands,A static lullaby, who were shit and Gratitude who weren’t too bad, they even did a cover of the wildhearts you’ve got to go through…

I actually really like FFAF. Was at the belfast show last week. Good show but i did feel as if i was the oldest person there. So i stood at the sound desk where the best sound is, enjoyed the show and got the setlist from the guys at the mixing desk.

I picked up Casually Dressed & Deep in Conversation a few months back. I wasn’t too impressed at first but after a couple of plays the album grew on me. They’re a pretty solid outfit. Haven’t picked up the new disc yet.
