Death Race 2005

#

Started by Divers (Simon)

I was talking about this game with a friend the other day which reminded me of it. It’s a bit late as we are already half way through the year but what the hell.

Death race 2005

Pick ten famous people most likely to pop their clogs this coming year. Prioritise for maximum points. So if you think Saddam is the mostly like to be pushing up daisies this year, make him your number one.

1 10 points
2 7 points
3 7 points
4 7 points
5 5 points
6 5 points
7 5 points
8 3 points
9 3 point
10 3 point

Plus pick an additional Wild card - someone under 60. For this you get 10 points

Eg. in 2003 if you had the following you would have had 20 points

1 Roger Moore
2 Charles Bronson (7 points)
3 The Queen
4 Paul McCartney
5 Robert Palmer (5 points)
6 Ozzy Osbourne
7 Jonnie Cash (5 points)
8 Margaret Thatcher
9 Bob Monkhouse (3 point)
10 Bill Clinton
Wild card - Simon Cowell

ps If you murder someone famous on your list it would be considered cheating and you would forfeit the points. And go to prison.

uhhh… no, I meant Reeves. He’s still alive. So, I get to keep my points (I’m going to go to google now, and I can assure you it is NOT to find somebody named Christopher Reeves).

Is Reeve really dead? I knew he was paralyzed but that doesn’t really count, does it?

I’m glad people are taking this game in the spirit it’s intended. The first year I did this my mum first said how horrible it was that we have made a game out of death. But within a week I had her phoning up going Brandos dead that 5 points!!

I will have to think of a prize for the winner at the end of the year.

This game is pretty sick, but quite entertaining.
