All I would say is that you don’r move out until January. The agreement runs out in January, not October, therefore you are entitled to live there until then. That’s basically what I’d say to the landlord.

I didn’t say that I didn’t mind, I told him I’d have to talk to my sister about it and she’s in Africa til the end of the month. He’s such a wanker that I’d be very happy for him to not be my landlord anymore but the temptation to stay just to piss him off is big :D

Sorry man. This crazy three-way relationship with people I have never met is just what I need right now. All I know is that it feels right and that the sex is going to be awesome. Especially when neither of them are there and I’m going through their stuff.

Just check your agreement, I’m sure that somewhere there will be something about giving notice normaly you have to give a month and they have to give two or something. If there is, then there is nothing you can do as he is giving you more than enough notice. It’s different if he has to give two month but tells you a month before it’s knocked down. Then you might have a case.

Speak to citizen advice bureau, they have been helpfull the times I have had probelms with landlords or council tax.

Dunno if there’s anything in your contract about a notice period , hoocha.

But even if there’s not I think it’s a standard 2 months notice period for a landlord to give to you and 1 month for a tennant to give the landlord.
I do stand to be corrected on this but I’m in the same boat as you when it comes to renting and I remember something being told to me by the building manager.

I guess your right better be safe than sorry;)
