He impressed in the pre-season games. He’ll come good, with Svensson back from injury we’ll be storming back to the Premier League (not!). We also signed Fuller from the Scum. Me personally, I would have tried to sign Vieira and Davids to give our midfield a bit of strength, together with new strikers Henry and Ruud, we could have been in with a chance against teams like Stoke, Hull and Plymouth. Honestly, I have no clue what ‘Arry is on about…:(

Excellent. Either some Trabzonspor from Turkey or some boys from Cyprus. I know which I’d prefer.

I am a huge eendracht aalst fan! the play in third division in belgium … in the early nineties the even briefly visited europe with games against levski sofia and as roma in the uefacup … but now its not going that strong!

but once a fan … always a fan, I think!

We just played a dull, goalless draw against PSV Eindhoven in our last preseason friendly.

I guess our 0-0 at Ibrox last Saturday proves to be a good result after Celtic’s performance on Wednesday. ;)

The world looks a totally different place after two wins. I can even enjoy watching Blind Date or laugh at Noel’s House Party.

I’m a fan from Diest since I was a little boy… now they are almost bankrupt but will hopefully still start this season, althoug not even in the national league anymore :rolleyes:

Oh, no problem with the faith! Personally I don’t really care what league we are playing in, although it was nice to be in the top flight and upsetting the big boys. I will enjoy the fizzy pop league. My only concern is what ‘Arry is on about. Surely dissing the current squad won’t help improve, but having said that, it just might… I AM looking forward to the new campaign.

Not so many games anymore, as you might know I have to make a 3day trip to see a game, ‘cos I live in Switzerland. But when I go I stop at the King Alfred for a few heartwarming pints before kick-off and usually spend the rest of the night there getting shitfaced. Always a good day out when the Saints are involved. Don’t know, what games I can make this season, but I’ll let ya know…

Although I hate Bruges (as a football team of course), he’s quite ok… well, he was at least for Bruges :p I assume at PSG they expect a little bit more :D

Well the last experiences with French teams did not turn out very good for us Belgians so we hope not to meet too many of them this season :)

But anyway, the player is always selected for his national team I think so he can’t be that bad I guess…

Personally, I support Derby ‘We were good until Brian Clough left and then we got good again later until we sold Mark Wright and Dean Saunders then we got good again a few years later but then we sold our best players to West Ham and got relegated and then we had a good season recently but our boss left cus he was (allegedly) shagging a player’s girlfriend and we’re gonna have another shit season now’ County. I think being a Derby fan is just about as depressing as being a psychiatrist for Kurt Cobain, Ian Curtis and Jon Lee.
