Boyzone

#

Started by Grinder

Keith Duffy from Boyzone and Corrie fame mentioned Therapy? as being one of the great Irish rock bands in an interview. The show was called the Panel on the Irish Network 2…Never figures on a Boyzone head being a T? fan!!

I know Ronan likes his Jack Daniels…
The had nothing to do with anything really, but I respected him a little more after hearing that.

I remember seeing a program on ITV years ago (the one where Therapy? played CC Rider and were looking for Elvis, i think), and Andy started talking about his mate in Boyzone. Can’t remember if he specified which one of them it was. And one of Boyzone have a rock/rap type of band thing going on now. My old band was supposed to support them about a year ago but it fell through (cos we split up, ahem).

And possibly even more controversial…I definitely remember Ronan Keating mentioning Therapy? on some Irish TV show. My memory is really being strecthed here, but I think he was talking about the origins of Boyzone and the other Irish bands that were big at that time. He mentioned Therapy? and seemed to hint that he liked them, or at least acknowledged that they were a good band.

So let the rumours of a reformed Boyzone supporting T? on the next tour commence!
