iPod - iTunes - videos - HELP NEEDED

Erm, does anyone know what you have to do to get videos onto an iPod? For example the “RiseUp” video in wmv-format… is this possible? If yes, how? If not, ah well… And while we’re at it, is it possible to “put” DVD’s on one of them iPods?

I’m guessing that they have to be in quciktime mpeg format as that is an apple appoved video. WMV is a microsoft video format so might not work on the ipods. and i would guess you drag and drop.
