I think “Shotgun Therapy” would be a cool name. I wanted to call my band that way, but my bandmates didn’t like it..
What about: “Mental Illness”
or: “The chocolate jellyfish and the Guinness flavoured water”
I don’t know why I came up with that last title… probably because the original title sucked the hardest ever…

Maybe some form of George Best tribute in the name. Would make sense from the Northern Irish side of things.

Uh…no, listen to the song “Vertigo” and when you start singing “Sister” you’ll understand.

All right, here’s a completely non-scientific psychological approach to T? album titles throughout the years:
In the beginning, the album titles may have been quite random
- Babyteeth (first album)
- Pleasure Death (?)
- Nurse (?)
- Troublegum (?)
Then slowly they started to use their album titles to express their ideas on their situation.
- Infernal Love (going crazy over the hectics of being a popular band)
- Semi-Detached (loosening up from the commercial route)
- Suicide Pact—You First (commercial suicide)
- So Much For The Ten Year Plan (retrospective)
- Shameless (Album not completely on T? standards, shameless!)
- High Anxiety (this one needed to be good and sell well, otherwise they’d been done)
- Never Apologise Never Explain (back on track with a no-compromise album!)
So, where is T? now, they’re happy, still rocking, have a producer that produced the Darkness… I have no idea. so here’s another contribution
- Fully matured
- Stick this where the sun don’t shites
- Contrary to other bands the producer of this album has worked with, we’re cool old men

I think its EXTREMELY unlikely that U2 would rip off Therapy?
Its such a BASIC riff !!!!
BOTH OF THEM !!!!!
HEll, I even wrote a riff like that before i even heard
sister !!!!
OMG ! U2 Have a riff that sounds like Therapy?
THEY MUST HAVE STOLEN IT.

Of course it’s a basic riff, but the similarities are HUGE! It’s not just a fleeting moment, or something that strikes you as vaguely similar, it’s virtually identical! Even the mid-tempo, bass-lead verses are too similar to overlook.
It is quite possible that U2 have never heard Therapy? or that song, it doesn’t change the fact that the vast majority of the song “Vertigo” sounds like “Sister.” And Ireland’s not very big.
Plus, naming the album Vertigo for this reason would stir up controversy, which could be very good for the band at this point.
