Agreed.
The remixers (generally, not just with regard to Therapy?) usually don’t even know the band they are remixing and just cobble together a dispassionate half-effort purely and simply for the money.
For some of them it’s their way of making a living to compensate for the fact that what they do for their main job doesn’t pay them so well.
It’s like Andy singing in a tribute band every weekend so he can do Therapy? the rest of the time.
Nothing wrong with that but just don’t expect us to enjoy it!
