She got done for excessive absenteeism, due to ongoing back problems, which was made worse by the fact that during her final-warning period, some twat came into the pub where she works knowing full well he had mumps and gave it to half the place, including my nearest and dearest who as a result fell under the acceptable % rate for attendance.
