Will you buy the ‘Rain hits concrete’ EP?

I think I started a thread like this for the Rock you monkeys download single, so why not for this one too!!

I will, T?’s B-sides are always fantastic, and we didn’t get to hear any off NANE, so it’s a welcome return!

I would have prefered it to be released on a REAL format (I would have loved to have been able to but the latest T? 12”) but you can’t get everything!

I’m also glad its not a live track, they were getting boring!

So, will you buy the EP?

I will, fo’ sure!

(Before changing the message boards’ software in August 2007 this discussion contained a poll, which may return in the future)

Hell Yeah

Yeah I would prefer a CD, but it’ll surely be worth it for the B sides.

I still maintain that Suing God is one of THE BEST Therapy songs, and that was a B Side.

Yes, because I’m a T? fan, but I’m not a download fan. I will of course be posting looking for advice from my fellow WOMbles nearer the date as to how best download said tracks.

(I’ve got access to a PC and own a creative zen, but will burn to cd, if anyone wants to volunteer advice ;) )

I voted “possibly”, as I said that I would download “Polar Bear” single but I never have. I’m not sure about this even though there is extra tracks. I’m not a fan of downloaded music, an original cd would be much, much nicer.

Yes, I will. I’m affraid I’ve already lost this battle, there will never be a cd-single anymore. I won’t point a finger to Therapy? for this… Spitfire is the one to blame I guess.

I just hope they will keep on releasing cd’s instead of mp3’s

I think I _might_ get the Ep. But like a lot of people I’d prefer a real cd to hold and love…

I don’t know. Will I be able to listen to it at home and at work if I do so? I’m not buying it twice and if the MP3s are encrypted in some way stopping me from playing it on multiple machines I’ll be annoyed and upset, and maybe a bit peckish.

Any clue how much this download will cost?
Those extratracks are the reason I`ll purchcase it, otherwise I wouldn´t. Prefer the good ol´real cdsingles and EP:s.

RHC won’t count towards the singles chart cos it’s got 3 b-sides. if i remember right, a single only counts towards the charts of it has no more than 2 b-sides (but i think you can have up 7 remixes of the a-side), no more than 1 fold in the packaging (doesn’t really effect downloads) and no free gifts (posters, stickers, toasters, half-a-dogs etc etc). pity really… i miss nice fold out digipaks and free posters and stuff (still got my free half-a-dog i got with my mindless drug hoover ‘f*&k off’ single!)

oh yeah… i’ll be downloading it. bit of photoshop magic and inkjetprintery and nobody’ll be able to know it was homemade (if you don’t notice the blutak).

Like most people here i’d much prefer it if the new EP was on CD but thats sadly never going to happen.I might buy the new EP it just depends on the payment methods i don’t have a credit card but if any of the download sites take switch or paypal i’ll probably get it.

And I still have to figure out how paypal works, but I guess that won’t be any problem.
Apart from that I really hope the files are encoded in VBR quality or something alike, ‘cos I won’t pay a single cent for a crappy 128 kps mp3, even if it’s from t?

So, as many of you guys I’d prefer a physical package.

I hate being so critical, but the cover artwork is too much of a “nod” to “Teethgrinder” for me. The song, however, rocks.

Yes, because I havent heard all 4 songs yet, but I do agree, it would be great if there would be a number of “real” EPs. Why not do the same like they did with the VoodooDoll single, press a limited number of 1000 or so and sell it at gigs? I guess there must be a ( financial) reason for this.
