But really, I can tell when I think a film will be shit. If I think it will, I don’t watch it. Simple as that :p

Probably Hollow Man. I really hated that film.

About half way through the film they’re trapped in an underground ‘inescapable’ base with an invisible man. After some deaths, they suddenly remember there’s a ladder… Shoddy, all the way through.

Oh yeah, just thought of another one… Elektra. That film is a crime against humanity. And that crappy ‘The Girl Next Door’ film. And that ‘Not Another Teen Movie’ one. All films I was talked into watching by my girlfriend, coincidentally. In future, I’ll learn to say ‘no’.

That’s not so bad in a light-entertainment kind of way, but it’s so far removed from the original concept as to be completely unrelated.

Mate if I took the advice of many an ex and even my now g/f in films then trust me… I’d soon choose to forget what a cinema even is - can relate. ;)

I get: ‘…well, its better that anything you’ve got on DVD”.

Anything I would most probably dislike wins in her favour

So, sacrifices made by Unrequited_lad’s girlfriend: Going to see greatest rock band ever.
Sacrifices made by Unrequited_lad: Seeing every single really, really shit teen of the past few years. Yeah, who’s really hit the jackpot here?

Personally I never told my g/f what my fave band was (knows now) just kept blasting their sound out my speakers to this day and will continue. She likes a few Therapy? songs, loves ‘Lonely Cryin Only’, ‘Rise Up’, ‘Die Like A Motherfucker’, ‘Church of Noise’, ‘Stories’ and ‘Nowhere’ from what I remember her telling me.

And Daredevil was OKish I felt, but Ben Affleck should not have been allowed anywhere near that film.

But we took a buddy who was moving because he wanted to see it. You know it’s bad when you can heckle the screen and no one complains. That was 7 bucks down the can!

I went to see the Weather Man a couple of weeks ago - it’s just a meandering pointless train of drivel which wanders aimlessly along for 2 hours with lots of Volvo product placement and copious use of the word Fuck in totally inappropriate places.

The most boring, tedious and otherwise utterly pointless film I have ever seen - avoid it is unspeakably poor.

Titanic must be up there, what a pile of utter shite. Boy, was I glad to see this twat drown in the end - mind you, it takes about 5 hours before that happens. This movie also has one of the crappiest soundtracks ever… Celine Fucking Dion!

I only left the cinema once in the middle of a movie, t’was Schindler’s List. Not too bad a movie since I’ve seen it on TV.

Anyway, the WORST movie of all time is clearly The Blair Witch Project 2. Or maybe Spawn.
