There is an original copy going on ebay. Not the bootleg
version.

of corse not because of the record( i wish i would have it too), but i bet its tha same guy like with the T?- Demo tapes on ebay. the guy who is selling the HAMFC has no feedback(+ is new to ebay)… so how big is the chance of never seeing that item if you pay (~ 40 GBP!!) for it???
— it happend to me once; a guy with no feedback was sellin some stuff and i did a big mistake by buying it. well guess what??? i paid for the item and never saw it. and that fucker got non-registered so i couldnt even leave neg Feedback for him!!
i dont wanna judge anybody, but that counts for everyone, be carefull with those kind of people!

True always bid on somebody with enouhg feedback… I lost $200 the seller just dissapeared and nobody could do a thing, ‘cause everything he registrated with was false.

I was going to have a bid on that but now I’m worried! Do you know if there’s any comeback from the bank if you pay by cheque?

I suppose sometimes you just have to trust people - I’ve been on ebay for only about a week and people are buying items from me worth £50 when I’ve had no feedback. I guess I’m assuming everyone’s as honest.

Cheers

If you’re going to pay by the check (or cheque to you), the only recourse you have is if you keep $1 in the account, and let the check bounce. Personally, if I was going to bid on anything of value, I would either use escrow, or make arrangements with the seller to pay a percentage of it (maybe 25% or so) and then pay the rest when it arrives in satisfactory condition.

Thanks Brendon - wise words! I shall investigate Escrow I think.

If those pictures are indeed from suicidepact.com, the seller’s definately not to be trusted, since he claims that the marks are from the scanning process or something. Better not bid on this one!

well, i am not pretty sure now if they are taken from suicidepact.com.
but when i first saw the scans, they exactly looked like it, i mean exactly! but then i checked over it again and there is a difference between the scans. but i am not sure bout it. —- sorry, my fault.
but as i said, i dont want to judge anybody, i just wanted to warn you infront of those guys. but the idea that brendon said is really great!( paying first the 25% and then the rest.) but the problem is that not everybody trusts the buyer that much(even he/she gots lots of good feedback).
and i think that the HAMFC is not that hard/impossible to get (as f.e. bad mother, official fanclub96 cd, live in japan,…) — i saw the original 7’ hamfc the other day for like 25 GBP on the net. if you are looking tough, you can find it.
like i said, i am sorry for the statement above, it was only my first reaction, and i thought that the guy tries to ripp someone off!
ther are always some stupid people around, like the guy with the T? demos on ebay, who tried to ripp off some therapy fans!!!
cheers!

In the guy’s other auctions there are some items running out tomorrow so maybe there’ll be some feedback on him by the time HAMFX finishes :)

Sorry but my family has to eat! Where else have you seen it DLC? Anywhere recently? I am desperate to have a copy but I can’t afford to bid against this guy! Incidently does anyone from here know him or does he come here?

My bf, bless him, put the bid for £100 in for me but the Sonicgym guy came back and I couldn’t bear going any further, neither could M4T by the looks of things.

Ah well, I’m sure it’ll reappear someday…
