Once again Therapy? kicks my ass, and once again I did not like the album upon first listen! Hahaha. They NEVER write an album I expect them to write, I should learn to not expect anything given their history, but it’s always hard not to.

So yeah, first listen left me a little disappointed. The album is far more laid back than NANE. Second listen something clicked, the songs began reaching out to me, now I’m on like my tenth listen and it’s fucking great! I can’t wait to get the album now!!

EDIT: Has “Plebians” be re-recorded/re-worked this album? One song, I can’t find it now, says something about plebians, or plebious, or something like that. Just curious.

well i really like the album, i think it’s
the best one since shameless (yeah i really like shameless, i diddn’t like high anxienty because it sounded to poppy and nane sounded like they tried to capture the essence of spyf and failed, it reminded me in certain aspects st anger by metallica wich in my book is not a good thing. In ocfa i found a good mix of raw material with some really cool melodies, sprung, deluded son and dopamine are fine examples, there’s a couple of filler and downright awful songs too..just listen to private nobody, i mean c’mon the way andy drags on and on singing “privaaaaaate nobooooooooody”… oh yeah and yet another thing, i love t? as a 3 piece, the sound, the attitude is just perfect but one thing that pisses me off is that they used to have great lyrics and now…since shameless is like they just don’t care .. i would love the lyrics to have a little more substance…
ps:”fear of god” kicks some major ass :D

I really love the way in which people listen to Andy. It’s almost as if he said “Review til your hearts content before the album is released.”
